As title says if Minato was alive even after 9 tails attack will he become as same as Sarutobi hiruzen and protest against the isoloation of Uchiha clan .will he let Itachi to do kill all the clan members? or he will become like Danzo and second hokage and agree with the isoloation of uchiha ? Your thoughts please
I think Minato would have done whatever Hiruzen would have done, except maybe he wouldn't have let Itachi take the blame. Hell, he'd probably take the blame himself and exile himself.
well, things would be different for sure. Tobi would be less likely to snoop around for starters, and he was a big part of the reason Itachi chose to carry out danzou's plan imo. I don't think Minato would have approved of Danzou's plan, perhaps he would have pursued negotiations until the last and left a ton of marks around the village and the uchiha headquarters so that if push came to shove he could end it by himself.
The uchihas were long time friends and war allies of Hiruzen, not to mention databook said that the entire village loved him and fugaku named his son after hiruzen's father....
If hiruzen failed to stop the coup through talking , Minato would as well...
You may not like danzo's methods, but that seemed like the only possible thing to do.... Kill 100 to save 16000 And stop a war
The only variable that might change, Is the using of a 13 year old boy to do the deed

since minato knows the truth, he would tell it to everyone and nobody will doubt on uchiha's loyalty towards the village.

How exactly does minato know the guy isnt from the clan?
As far as he can possibly know, its an man frmo the uchiha clan..
The first thing he would do is check if their are any uchiha missing nins... as far as we know madara was the only onw..
Which means its either madara, or someone from the clan... They secluded the clan in reasonable suspicion that one of them controlled it that day... Minato would think the same.. more likely thn a 100 year old ninja being alive
Ive often wondered the answer to this myself. A few points:
- If he stayed alive, his ftg seal would be on obito. He could teleport to him, no he would 100% try to track him down.
2. He wouldve told danzo and the konoha elders about what he saw.
3. Both danzo and jiraiya knew of the existence of akatsuki through orochimaru, they almost definitely knew that there was a masked man who headed it. When minato would tell of the masked man who attacked konoha, theyd know who it was.
This would cause less discrimination against the clan, but there was still pre existing hatred so maybe the coup detat would have been at a later date. For it to have never happened some events from before minatos time wouldve had to change.

minato will still prevent the uchiha massacre .
minato is the hokage, and he have enough knowledge about his village.
The first guy which came to minato's mind was madara who was kicked by his clan and then madara became a missing nin...
He didn't thought of any other uchiha's name because he knew they didn't had "that" potential which is kinda true too...
the uchiha which were good enough are : shisui,itachi,sasuke which were of very small age at that time.
And what obito did could be done only by some who was of madara's potential..

Also i will like to point out, there is no point of completely killing the uchiha clan if only one guy have done the crime.
So yeah, minato can prevent the uchiha massacre from happening .
