MrSimple is not having proof and when I asked him politely to give some proof he gave me a Neagtive reputaion saying I was not worthy to like Uchiha's I should start reading manga from chapter 1.

And how come every fire jutsu is trademark of the Uchiha's only??

Did you ever read Sasuke's childhood flashbacks in which it's been told that his father allowed Hiruzen to use their fauvorite jutsu in a sign of their "friendship".
I recommend you to do it if want to learn some interesting facts about the leaf.
