If Orochimaru and Kabuto somehow manage to find dna of both Hagoromo and Hamura image how unbeatable they would be. Orochimaru and Kabuto can modify their body to be beyond their prime what what Kabuto did to Madara body. They may even give Hagoromo and Hamura Hashirama DNA to enable Mokuton

Edit with Hagoromo and Hamura DNA they can use Edo Tensei to summon them

I don't see how Hagormoo or Hamura would benefit from Hashirama's dna considering the fact that Hashirama is just a byproduct of the senju half of Hagoromoo's dna.
Other then that if Kabuto and Hashirama implanted Hagoromoo and Hamura's dna, that would be something. Naturally by implanting Hagoromoo's chakra would mean that they gain Six path chakra giving them access to the six path power w/o ocular doujutsus being needed.
Add Hamura's Hyuga chakra and whatever else he inherited to his mother and the both of them combined could lead to Kaguya's chakra without the ocular powers byukagan and her sharingan.
That would be interesting.

I don't know XD Maybe, if you can "implant" the Bijuu. I imagine a situation similar to the 7 jinchuurikis revived by Obito: they didn't have rinnegan and sharingan.

But just imagine. For a second: Edo tensei Madara +Hashi cells was able to solo five kages with like 1 tech.

Edo tensei JJ Madara is beyond any description.

Whatever point in the story they managed to incorporate that dna into their own bodies would probably spell the end of the manga. I mean if they got it before Obito/Madara well who could stop them?

He learned it, he just couldn't "use" it due to his weak host body. He has Zetsu's body now, though, so things might have changed a bit.

OT: I can see them making synthetic human beings or whatever from their DNA. It would make more sense, and they'll somehow find a way to make sure that everything's under control. As for using edo tensei and stuff, they won't be able to control them at all, and their bodies won't handle their DNA, but as I said before, they can always just make a synthetic body from the ground up that is consists of their DNA and just take over it.
