I mean just imagine if Obito Sharingan evolved into Rinnengan that be OP, Obito with kamui along with Rinnengan jutsu who can stop him.

Obito can use Kamui and combine it with the Rinnengan jutsu like ripping souls, absorb chakra, be in Kamui world while animal paths does all the work, etc. The animal path the only way to defeat Cerberus is by hitting the summoner, which is impossible since Obito can just be in Kamui world.

For one thing Yahiko wasn't in control of his body and Yahiko didn't use Rinnengan and Mangekyou Sharingan techniques.

Obito evolving his Sharingan to Rinnengan would enable him to use Mangekyou Sharingan and Rinnengan techniques.

Obito can use Susano, Kamui if his own sharingan evolves into Rinnengan, while Madara Rinnengan Obito can't do Susano and full Kamui power.

Obito will have dual Kamui, while with Madara eye only 1 Kamui.

Actualy I was talking about Yahiko not using MS and Rinnengan techniques, since @ItachiDaSoloKing said that Yahiko had both Sharingan and Rinnengan.

I am aware Uchiha who evolves their MS to Rinnengan can use all their techniques. Madara shown us without eyes and with 1 Rinnengan he can use Susano with no problem.

As for Madara not using Mangekyou sharingan, that isn't proof that he doesn't have mangekyou sharingan and Rinnenga cause the user to lose his Mangekyou sharingan techniques. Madara never even shown MS technique with EMS before gaining Rinnengan.
