[Technical Issue] Image Vertification On Register Panel NOT Loading

My sister is trying to make a NarutoBase account but the 6-Digit vertification number does not load. Please send me feedback because I don't know if it's my computer or the whole Website itself. THANKS!!!!!!!!

I do believe the issue is with your cookies, go ahead and use internet explorer and try this...
Go to Tools> Internet options> Security> tick the "Internet" icon> Security level box> set slider to "Medium high" and click okay, you can also try to put the site on the approval or allow cookies sites, to do so copy the URL for Narutobase, then go to Tools> Internet Options> Privacy> Sites> paste that URL into top line> Allow and click okay.

For a General cookies check on Google Chrome Go to Settings > show advanced settings > Privacy ( contents settings ) > make sure the "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" is ticked and click okay.
If you wanna make a soft reset, then simply untick the "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" , click okay, exist your browser, and then do the steps again while this time ticking it and clicking okay.
