image resize? and speech bubble removal reques

If possible removal of the bubble as a whole would be great but I understand people do this in their free time and it seems like a lot of work so just removing the text alone is fine. And if the image could be resized for use as a avatar for also skype, steam, or practically anything else that'd be great. Thanks in advanced.
