Image is pretty self explanatory. I have used image with 705 (width) and 530 (height), but it just moves out of the designated area

Simply put, the Boruto theme has extra codes that give the intro area a border/inside shadows. Just use the vB4 theme for designing (you can change it back to the Naruto one using the quick style chooser down the bottom left of the site—select NB vB4).
