It's a long shot but i predict were gonna get hit with a twist regarding SARADA mother in the Boruto movie.....don't bash me cause this is just a guess....and it is possible considering kishi's history with sasusaku fans...

What if it was all a huge mislead by KISHI troll and KARIN is the mom?? It is possible that Karin lied to sigestu...and the whole bonds thing that SARADA had to learn was for a purpose....

Let's say KARIN did give birth to SARADA and we get a twist how would you feel???

Not really, Sakura has normal genes and look where it took her, she managed to become the strongest kunoichi, far stronger than those with the "genes" like Hinata and Karin.

Sarada is also an Uchiha and already unlocked Sharingan, right now she isn't the one who needs to catch up to her peers, it is her peers who need to catch up to her.

To be honest it felt like Kishimoto purposely left hints towards her being the mom to keep both fanbases satisfied, we don't really know for 100% if Sakura is the mom and that everything else was red herring (or whatever that's called) but as of now in cannon the creature is the mother.
