Before I begin, I would like to point out that I tend to give Sakura and her fanbase a hard time. I don't really like either. Sakura reminds me of my ex and annoys me, and on fanfiction.net Sakura fans are equivalent to Itachi/Minato fanboys, except they know even less about the manga.
But there are a few Sakura fans that I think are cool on here ; but I haven't seen many, as most just jump on the Sakura hate wagon to look "cool", on a Naruto form. Which by the way, IS LAME. I actually dislike her for a reason, I'm not being fake here.
Some cool Sakura fans I've seen are: Melanee , Nathoman, and Chatte (yes, I think Chatte is cool. At least she uses facts to back up her claims....MOST of the time anyway. Sometimes it can be ridiculous).
I personally never thought Sakura was useless, and this chapter proved she isn't battle wise useless. So yes, she did go up a lot stronger. I personally, would even put her on the low Kage level tier of mine (But to be fair, I also have Hiashi, Neji, Lee, Choji, Suigetsu, sai, and Kankuro there). Albeit, the weakest kage level ninja I have in my tier rankings. But nonetheless, she went from low-mid jonin level chunin, to imo, a very low kage level ninja.
She's not as strong as Sage mode Naruto, or even Hebi Sasuke imo. But she proved to her teammates that she doesn't need to be saved all the time, and that she could handle herself.
