Dear, I'm both a SasuNaru and a NaruSai fan. IN FANDOM. Sai isn't gay; he just wants some friends like others have said. But lemme ask: If he WAS gay and DIDN'T want Sasuke to have him, why wouldn't he draw them Sasuke, Sakura, Naruto, himself instead of Sakura, Sasuke, Naruto, himself? Just curious.

The Episode was filler and about not only the feelings of Sai and his longing for friendship, but also the dream of Team 7 back together again as a whole. Naruto. Sasuke. Sakura. Kakashi. And Sai added in with his own spot on the squad. Sai wants to be friends with them - with Sasuke, too. He wants to stay on the team after Sasuke comes back and hopes he'll have a place there.
