[Discussion] I'm starting to wish bleach would just end.

There is so many new bankais or lesser characters who could get spotlight. Every week I open the manga hoping for a cool new chapter. and every week I am disappointed by about 5-10 pages of very little consequence.

I wish they would just end it at this point instead of wasting time.

It will get good. This is the last arc of the series and Kubi said it will be as big as the aizen arc so there is a lot of more room for everyone.

Honestly, just watch the soul society arc (or read). The show was FANTASTIC up until that point. After that it feels like a slow slide downhill.

OP: there is a problem with wasted panels but that's always been a problem with kubo....he an artist first and a storyteller second. But, I think this arc is bringing bleach back to it's glory days

Wasted panels are a problem but I'm more concerned with less interesting chapters. I feel like because it is reaching the end, less and less happens each week.

For instance, this week....

The only events of real interest imo were byakuya losing his sword and the other captain's return on the last page.

It was a pretty crappy chapter to be honest. But sadly, this is what I think is becoming status quo for bleach.

Yeah, I feel that this arc has been pretty epic so far. But I understand your complaint. I think I prefer it this way than when there are four fights all happening at the same time in every chapter because it feels like we get less plot progression that way. It's too confusing. I like when this manga focuses on one fight at a time; I like the continuity of it.

I disagree. I do like the plot of this arc and want to see where they take it. But the story hasn't progressed much in the past few weeks.

They need to step on the gas a bit is all I'm sayin

It seems I'm starting to.

This arc started great, I even think that beginning of the war was something like prime of series. Really good start after such a horrible arc (Fullbring arc), after that I believe that skip between two invasion was good and beginning of the second invasion was also good. After that it's going down hill. SR don't get character development at all, Zaraki's moments weren't so good in my opinion, after than we see Zombies (who cares about them) and know pedho Pepe, we sure didn't need that.

Kubo really goes in wrong direction. Just how I horrible thought Kaguya arc in Naruto was, that's how I feel about current Bleach chapters currently.
