Sakura is just used as glorified nanny while sasuke and karin get busy in the woods. Why you think sasuke looks so suspicious when he turns around. That's not how genetics work. Dominant traits trump recessive traits when a line of descent happens. Sasuke most likely had more dominant traits all around. And in real world Biology he does. Sakura has the most recessive eye colour known to man (Green) and Pink hair obviously isn't very common. Sasuke has two of the most dominant traits when it comes to hair and eye colour. It's a matter or perspective too, but there are times where people look very close to one parent while not looking like another. I have a friend who looks exactly like their father (TO A TEE) and nothing like their mother but that's obviously her child.

Overuse of mangekyou(Sasuke) might for some reason affected the child's eyesight.
Sasuke negated this effect on himself by planting 2 more eyes in his sockets. And to this day. I still wonder how do you plant 2 more eyes into your sockets that already have eyes and end up with one eye in each socket?

1. She could have ended up inheriting a recessive trait of bad eye sight (anywhere down the road, you have the genes of people like your grandparents and before them as well, so she must have inherited a gene somewhere on Sakura's side who wore glasses).

2. The Uchiha's vision is only considered that good when they have their Sharingan active. It looks like she hasn't activated her Sharingan yet.

plus there were a few spoilers floating around that sasuke and sakura had a son as well ,we haven't got any scans of him yet though, if that's true sakura may have had the dominant gene in the boy

She definitely looks closer to Sasuke, but she has facial features (big forehead) which resemble Sakura's.
