As a nature tranformation, Earth would be the best IMO
Fang over Fang but it goes freely in and out of the earth so it's more hard to see coming. Could also harden himself a bit like Kakuzu and sharpen their claws to augment their cutting power

Personally, I think wind fits kiba the best. Wins release: wind cutter fang bullet. With the cutting power of the wind rashuriken, kibas jutsu would definitely be dangerous, probably s rank.
