Im soo sad :( can anyone help me?

I'm trying to make a PS3 account so that I can play storm 3 online but the playstation network won't let me

When I sign up & it ask for email & password & i'll so far i've entered 2 emails with their passwords & it keeps saying that either My email or password Is wrong


& i've enteted My emails on google.com & live.com & they work Just fine, i googled My problem to & there are no answers, i even called the customer service phone number & i was Just talking to a robot & none of the catagories matched My problem


Can anybody help me?

My e-mail didnt work too but my brothers did although we have 2 hotmail accounts. Just try another account

Try creating an account on Playstation.com

Happened to me the first time I made my account a long time ago.

I just made a new email and it worked.

Have you confirm the email?? you should try going to the website of the email and check your inbox also passwords are sensitive if your password have CAPS you're gonna have to type it the way you did when making the password and email

To the OP, don't take this advice ^^

You might want to check your password inputs, or be sure to make sure a PSN account is not associated with your emails already. If anything, you should call customer support to try and reset your process (I know you already have, so try again?)

If all else fails, make a new email account...
