She broke out. Several hours after, actually according to the manga a day. And sasuke was heavily weakened anyway nice try though. And yes, because Sasuke was at maximum power when he genjutsu'd Sakura. I guess spamming rinnegan techniques and PS must use zero chakra then :bdpf:?

Pretty Sure Byakugou is activated in response to shock, and beside Sakura first instinct to getting attacked is always to heal. And because Sakura dont use handseals to activate his power, she does with a mere thought , it makes it that much eaier to regenerate
