ok i recently started thinking about Minato again, and i have some questions plz dont jump down my throat if this obvious or w/e

ok its about Minato sealing the nine-tails if Naruto contains half the nine tails chakra and its alive in him why isnt there a second kyubi running around somewhere since if naruto dies it will eventually come back. If thats not the case if its just the chakra is it still in minato dead body or is it gone forever. And again sry if its obvious to everyone else.

Because the chakra is sealed inside the God of Death with Minato, i believe. He used the Reaper Death seal to seal it im sure.
