I think Togashi believes that only "HE" can get it all done, not someone else, which sucks. He's gotta let someone do the art. Just look at One Punch Man. ONE got himself a perfect mangaka artist to do the artwork, and it is awesome. Togashi's artwork on the other hand.....

Nope, you're wrong. In 2014, yes we had 9 chapters but that wasn't enough for a volume. Each volume has 10 chapters. So in 2014 when HxH went on hiatus, he was a chapter short from releasing a volume. HxH had 11 chapters out this year.


And btw...Togashi has amazing art now. He even went out of his way to make the art look even better than it already does with the latest volume.
