His appearance resembles a typical shinobi esp with that mask I get it.
But we've seen Kakashi with mask for over 10 years, during which time
he had to wear mask while sleeping.

Kishi said before that one of the things he regrets in the series it drawing kakashi with the mask. He said that it was hard to draw emotion into his face well and because he's worn the mask for so long he can't really show us kakashi without it because its been too anticipated and would definitely disappoint... But who knows
