Nah man they can't actually. Otherwise he wouldn't have any need of Hashirama's or more precisely senju DNA. Most of them aren't capable of senjutsu because the requirements are too high, one being a strong tolerable body & another being dense chakra.

I wonder how Madara would handle SM without Hashi's dna.

Uzumaki are the perfect senjutsu candidates AND he has the nine tails so yes I agree with this. I do believe Uchiha can handle sage mode but it wouldn't be practical as it would require a lot effort than just spawning Perfect Susanoo lol

I think madara and sasuke can manage that (EMS madara and EMS sasuke) because madara had way more chakra pool than jman/minato/naruto (when he learned SM) and sasuke despite having less chakra had curse mark for a good 3 years, and EMS sasuke also has the chakra. Neither minato nor jman were senju or uzumaki, and they somehow managed, so i say the uchiha's should be able to because they posses even greater chakra
