And even graciously offered Sasuke to let it be a tie. These aren't the makings of a victorious fight, and it paints a pretty clear picture Naruto is comfortably stronger. There's nothing wrong with second place :hs:

Naruto needed 600 chapters, Kuramas chakra and Hagoromo's chakra to match Naruto. If Naruto was "substantially stronger" then Sasuke the battle wouldn't have lasted so long.
