I'm not convinced that Naruto is the reincarnation of Rikudō Sennin

For one, I know that the Tailed Beasts said that he would be there new guider or savior or something along that line and I understand the point of view that people have when saying Naruto is the reincarnated version of Rikudō Sennin.

But why do I disagree with this? Well because, Sasuke. Kishimoto said that Naruto=Sasuke and are eternal rivals. Well Rikudō Sennin doesn't have any real people that rival his strength other than the Juubi and I highly doubt that Sasuke is a reincarnate of the Juubi.

Having Naruto as the reincarnation of the Sage makes him have an automatic victory when involving anything. However I am still in one type of favour - Naruto is the Yang of Rikudō Sennin while Sasuke is the Ying.

I think it has to do more with ideals in a sense when making a parallel with Naruto-Rikudo, Sasuke-Juubi.

Naruto: Wants peace and wants to achieve it without hurting anyone.

Rikudo: Wants peace in a way that doesn't involve "dominance" of power, hence why he disagreed with his elder son and chose his younger son.

Sasuke: Stems from the "Curse of Hatred" clan of Uchiha and it is largely implied the hatred stems from the Juubi.

Juubi: Source of hatred.

As for the fight between them and Naruto as the Sage, I wouldn't mind.

Naruto as Juubi Jin/Rinnegan User? Hell yea. He will be the strongest by the end of the show so it is fitting but Sasuke will get immensely powerful. Probably will get an advanced version of the Susanoo (Rumored) because it's "Sasuke" and the Elder Son's Dojutsu which may turn out to be even more versatile than the Rinnegan itself. Either way, the fight is going to be a clash of opposing views.

They represent the Boy's and the Dojutsu of the save. I guess you could say it like you said and the Yin and Yang. Like most great animes there is always someone who has to play the opposite role of the main. Sasuke is to Naruto what Vegeta was to Goku. Atleast that's my opinion.
