You should have put some shadows, lines... in the eye blood, he has a scar under that blood, so it can just be "smooth" blood... Anyway, good job, +rep for effort

For me sharpie and pencil rarely mix well. At least that much sharpie. I like the idea and I can tell you put a bit of work into it but I think you would be better served by using sharpie only on the outline, and art markers for the rest. Or Possibly color pencil or charcoal instead of graphite.
