Yes some of the lines she says are ridiculous like "I've finally caught up with Sasuke and Naruto". Yes sometimes she has been useless in Part 1 with her asking Sasuke and Naruto to save her and so on, but I must admit,
Sakura wasn't born into a clan possessing a special power or she wasn't gifted opon birth. Naruto has the nine tails sealed within him and although it took a lot of hard work and dedication to control its power, you can't deny that naruto is a member of the Uzumaki clan that possesses an incredibly strong life force which can both endure and survive most grievous injuries plus incredible longevity. The clan members are also blessed with great recuperative powers, able to quickly recover from extreme exhaustion and mend most injuries in short periods of time.
While Sasuke was born in the Uchiha clan, having the sharingan, you get the idea.
The main point I'm trying to make is, Sakura really is a strong shinobi, she learnt a lot from Tsunade with Hard work and has proved already that she has become strong. Maybe its just the effects of today's episode =D
NOTE: I'm not referring to her character development in terms of emotional struggle, but in terms of how shes become a powerful shinobi. She has had some backwards development concerning Sasuke and her mindset, but thats not what the thread is about.
Btw, if we could keep this civilised and not start a flame war I would appreciate it
