I dont think the fruits all grant the same powers. I think the powers vary.

Momo turnt fruits into pills and all he gained was a rinnegan for absorbing jutsu and firing it back.

Kaguya ate a fruit and gained a RinneSharingan and Senjutsu which allowed her to

Create,destroy,and switch dimensions
Weaponize her bones to turn everything it pierces to ash
Chakra fist that can destroy a perfect susanoo
IT
and Manipulate the elements at will without the need for seals.


Im guessing the fruits range in power.

Considering the fruit she ate has a grade on a scale it seems, you'd be correct, as far as them ranging in power

I'm pretty sure half of that stuff you listed is something Kaguya already had, but the chakra fruit made those abilities much more stronger.
