Oro hasn't controlled and made his current Edo perform any actions yet....
they may be to much to be controlled by Oro....Hashirama already broke free....

Itachi Amateratsu burns everything it touches....so if Oro gets Amateratsu'd and tries to escape with his skin shedding ability...Amateratsu will burn his new body too because it spreads to whatever is touching it....
