But seriously...what I do is I meditate and reach a point of hyper-body awareness, building up in my mind a picture of the 1st gate...and the tiny amount of chakra trickling out of it...concentrating and bringing to awareness the intrinsic part it plays in my body's overall strength...and I focus on the gate...hard and harder....until I can consciously control it's opening and closing.

I drive it open...with all my mind's might...and feel the chakra instantly fill my body with vigor and strength. Even with it only half open...my punches felt incredibly powerful and fast. I was able to instantly move my body with ease.

I'll post a vid on youtube once I hit the 5-6th gate.
