Incorrect. It is never stated that the Rinnegan is granted near death. If you're using Madara as a placeholder in this argument, you'd be wrong. He didn't say he awakened his Rinnegan near death and or in a near death experience (like getting stabbed). He awakened it at the end of his natural life span. And he needed Senju DNA, which is FAR different than Senju chakra, which is temporary at best. And Rikudou had the Rinnegan as well, but it is never hinted he awakened or was granted the Rinnegan near death. So how can you counter that?​

i only said that cuz i saw somewhere where madara said he gained it near his death as well as having the senju dna.


I think sasuke has Senju DNA, Due to Zetsu that were inside of him+orochimaru DNA

sasuke brought orochimaru and the edo hokages . The Edo Hokages & Naruto & Kakashi & Taka all know about Itachi's sacrifice. They can inform the others.
