I'm glad Kakashi lost his Sharingan.

As he is my favourite character in this series, I have to say I'm glad he's lost it. Try to throw in whatever fanfiction you want, or any scans that show him failing to use Kamui whilst low on stamina and near blind; Kakashi's Kamui at it's best was the single most overpowered technique in this series full stop. Kamui snipe is GG, there is no rebuttal to that.

Being a guy that values inteligent writing and good story, I loved part one of Naruto. It had the potential to be my favourite manga series ever, then HXH went on hiatus and Kishi lost a source from which to steal from, and so, dumb, overpowered Jutsu like Kamui and Bijuu Dama came into play. Like a DBZ happy meal, this series suddenly forgot the whole point of being a ninja, and so, after over 600 chapters of having the Sharingan, we never got to see even a fraction of those techniques. Not even 1%. My hope is that now Kamui is gone Kakashi would have no choice but to rely on true blue Ninja techniques, seeing as aside from Hiruzen and a few others, he's the only ninja left in this manga. But, Kishi has screwed this series over to the extent I don't think actual ninjutsu is viable anymore, so Kakashi will probably die soon, hopefully with something to save his already destroyed character.

I am glad that you understand that Kishi stole 80% of the work of Togashi's manga Hunter X Hunter. That manga is so much better, its intense, raw, smart and very interesting. Not to mention that the friendship of Killua and Gon's puts Naruto's and Sasuke's to shit.

No it's not; I'm straight up bashing it.

- Sasuke, the Uchiha clan, the Sharingan, and the Uchiha massacre are all ripped off the Kurta clan. Look it up.

- The chunin exam has major points outrightly copied from HXH.

- Orochimaru's introduction as a sadistic murderer as well as his infatuation for a main character parralels Hisoka and Gon.

There's numerous other examples. Face it, the only decent parts of Naruto, except for the Bridgebuilder arc, are all completely stolen from Togashi.

It's good, but they're wrong about Naruto being a rip-off of it. The only really arguable thing was Sasuke being based off of Kurapika because they both had their clans out, want revenge, and their eyes are red when angered.


However, the similarities stop there. Kurapika values companionship over revenge while Sasuke has proven himself to be the opposite. They're completely different.

It's good, aside from the Mangaka's addiction to dragon quest so he goes on frequent hiatus. Much better than Naruto IMO.

Read the first few arcs and you'll see the blatant similarities. What's funny is Kishi even said he took inspiration from it.

yeah and the Forest of Death are inspired from Battle Royale lol most likely just like Hunger Games is .
Ive been informed about the HxH inspiration to Naruto as well as a Street Fighter story in the 'late' 90s very similar to Orochimaru's interest in Sasuke and quotes . Inspired a lot by Akira as well, but people are pretty annoyed by the HxH 'rip-off' or borrowed ideas.
Its like that all over though with some form of inspiration from other stories.

I'm still thinking of scenarios where we can see more of his other jutsu but I doubt it will happen. Kakashi is either getting the left eye back somehow or Obito is giving him his other eye. At this point, the only way to stay relevant is through hax and OP techniques, that is what kamui is. Although Madara, Sasuke, and Naruto (once we see more of his techs) have become even more OP than Kamui so I don't see Kakashi staying that relevant even with it.

Look at the similarities between the Hunter's Exam, and the Chuunin Exam. I'll make a thread on it.

That is not the only thing, Netero's 100- Type buddha technique influenced Hashirama's Buddha statue technique.
The chuunin exams are a rip off the hunter exams, even by the team, written evaluation and quests they have to complete to become a hunter/chuunin.
Killua lighting affinity influence Sasuke's lightning affinity.
Killua's Godspeed form is a carbon copy of the Raikage's lighting armor.
The Phantom troupe is basically the Akatsuki organization.
Hisoka and Orochimaru are extremely similar, that is why I like those two characters.
Netero being the director of the Hunter association is basically Hiruzen being the Hokage of part one.
Killua and Illumi's relationship is like Sasuke's and Itachi's relationship in part one. Illumi plays with killua's emotions and makes him hate Illumi.
The list goes on an on. You just dont want to see it lol
