Ill be using my Shino bio in sig(with his normal attire and an akatsuki attire worn over it) my training stats are on my profile. Since you didn't state the battle ground, We are fighting on a grassy field with grasses that are 50 centimetres tall(they reach the exact bone between our knee and ankle).

Arriving at the designated crater of ruins seemingly caused by two legends that destroy konoha in their quest for shunning peace. Bolin sees the akatsuki wanna-be approaching, trying to keep in his grudge he managed to say "hi"
Not wasting time he would weave two hanseals (not for the genjutsu lol) as he slams his hands on the ground, flowing his chakra into your chakra pathway, you would see snakes emerge all over your body and also beneath you as they constrict you hands apart strongly with my command leaving you immobilized. Without meta gaming, my handseals and slamming my hands on the ground is enough to fool you into thinking i summoned those snakes and thus making the illusion real. With the aid of the earlier two handseals, the ground beneath you would begin to spiral inwards crushing and damaging you within the force leaving you unable to do anything because the snake illusion would leave you immobilised in reality and an adverse stress if mind follows making you crushed and burying you alive.

As Shino sights Bolin, he knew he came for more trouble then Shino passively releases half of the bugs on his body to spread all over the battle ground[on the ground(below the grass), in the air and underground](before bolin could make his first move) then as Shino sees Bolin making the handseals and slamming his hand on the ground, Shino was sure it was an attack and then he waited to see what would happen and out of nowhere, a snake appeared and started to squeeze Shino then as Shino wanted to react to the jutsu, he felt that the bugs around him didn't make any kind of contact with the snake squeezing him and that wasn't possible unless it was an illusion. Then as Shino wanted to counter his genjutsu, Shino felt the bugs around him being sucked into a pit of earth then Shino also felt himself gradually being pulled into the pit of earth then Shino quickly bites off his lip causing blood to flow and cause pain that breaks Shino out of the genjutsu. Then Shino quickly released an unfocused lightning from all over his body to neutralize Bolin's earth chakra in the earth and nullify the earth jutsu performed by Bolin then Shino quickly makes a bug clone and controls the bugs in the ground to gather below Bolin and then Shino awaits Bolin's next move.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Assuming his clans trade mark sumo stance, seeing the bugs spread out from the bug user clearly, he would then slam his hands in the plain ground summoning water 10m above Shino as he neutralizes the pit, immediately, he would weave an handseal then slam his hand on the ground again flowing his lightning chakra into the ground at it races along the ground killing the bugs on plain ground and underground as it erupts into a column of lightning beneath you shocking him to death as the water above crushes into him.

As Shino notice the large shadow of water above his head, Shino quickly(without making any handseal) turns his head up facing the large body of water that is obviously about to crush him and quickly spews out a stream of fire to extinguish the body of water above him thereby giving rise to a small amount of mist. Then at nearly that moment, Shino felt his bugs underground being killed by lightning(the lightning moves through the ground so it only kills the bugs underground and not the ones on the ground), Shino quickly(before the lightning got under him) channels fuuton chakra into his hand to get prepared for the incoming jutsu and as the pool of lightning appears below Shino, Shino knows what the jutsu was(since he has learned it) and Shino quickly throws a punch at the pool of lightning(without the punch hitting the pool of lightning) to release a giant whirlwind(before the pool of lightning erupts into a pillar of lightning) to cancel out the lightning jutsu completely and launch Shino into mid-air due to the power of the whirlwind. Then Shino finishes by making 3 bug clones in mid-air.
