Have you been reading the past naruto chapters? Kishi is just doing random asspulls and plotholes without explanation and or care for his own manga, it seems like he is just ad libing the chapter "screw it" style.

Oda is simply getting over the least important battles in detail first, so he does not have to have so many things going on when it gets really good.

One Piece has always been fairly slow paced...what did you expect them to just jump into the new world and start soloing Admirals and Yonkou? It's obvious the arcs Oda is setting up is to make the clashes with the top tiers even more epic a succesful story requires a great amount of time and plot into it in order for it to be great if One Piece was constantly fast paced and battles every other chapter it would be no different than Bleach (Nothing wrong with Bleach).

But anyway I doubt you will drop it but whatever it's no big loss...it's no small loss really either perhaps you should read something a little more to your suiting then. While the big boys and gals read One Piece.

Doflamingo's first appearance was in ch 233 (June 10th, 2002). After 12 years, we've been looking for the day Luffy and Doflamingo to meet each other face to face, and you're gonna drop ONE PIECE. It's so sad that you won't enjoy with us the epicness that we are looking for between these 2 characters... so sad.

I think he honestly just used the wrong word. Dropping it is like giving up on it. You no longer will give the manga a chance because it failed to meet you expectations time and time again and your over it. I don't think that's you... I think you enjoy One Piece but hate the pacing so a better word to use would be "hiatus". Your just going to let some time go bye so you got 10 chapter to read so the pace will seem fast instead of just once a week. Just my thought on it and what you have been saying man.
