Seriously what does he bring to the table that can handle:

Gokage
Taka
K11

Even worse his chakra is no longer infinite( like kishi is gonna remember that) and he won't regen.

I will say I did see some rods coming out of hashi's back but its gone in other scans as well leading me to believe it was bad cleaning/ scans.

But I honestly don't know, I doubt he's gonna become the 3rd sage since
A) the beasts aren't in the mazo anymore
B) it defeats the point of obito's entire existance and will end up making obito look lackluster.

With a living body, he might control hashirama and use his power to collect the tailed beasts again into the mazou. The mazou and the tree are not out of the equation for a reason. Because madara will harness that power to compete.
