I'm confused

Has there been an answer to the question of what tobi meant when he says he wishes to become complete again. I think he is meaning he wants the other half of his body back...and maybe his other eye.....does he already have his body, is he still currently half hashi bodied....did he possibly send half of his body to the other dimension instead of it being crushed, and that's why he couldn't "feel" his other side after the rock fell. And if that's the case, why can't he get his body back from the other dimension, since he has the abiity seemingly to put things there and take them out at will.....little help please?

currently i think that he is under Madara's control because if he stop obeeyng his ordes his body will die so i think he wants his "life" back again and the moon eye will put he in a perfect world
