Im confused.. Need your guys help..

Ok, right now im watching fma, and im on episode 27/52.. Some people say that fma is nothing like the manga, so is this true..? Then the fma anime is just sort of a spin off of the manga? And what is brotherhood? I dont think is the continuation of fma.. I heard some people is a new version of fma that is closer to the manga, but all this is still is confusing to me, as I havent read the manga...

well, fma brotherhood follows manga completely, fma from year 2003 is only a bit about manga, brotherhood = manga, fma (2003) isn´t like manga almost at all (only like 1 or 2 episodes, nothing more)

i havent read the manga either and the original fma anime is way diffrent from fma brotherhood the story line is way diff so idk what to tell u going in a new direction i guess

dont listen to migualon, look first of all its a great anime second brotherhood is like the complete version of fma with ofcourse more character like i said in the other thread you made and asking why its so greatwould be like asking why does pikachu have electric type moves ....it was just meant to be
