I think what they meant to say was Tobirama knew Madara's body would be sought after so he wanted to destroy it, but Black Zetsu took his body before Tobirama could do just that... At least thats what I think the two scans put together mean.

I think mangapanda ia right cause if Tobirama was going to destroy the body he wouldn't be able to study the sharigan. As we see madara on the table and replaced himself with a clone. *********** suggests Tobirama did no studying.

Also zetsu said he stopped the disposing and hid him. Wouldn't Tobirama notice madara magical disappeared?

Mangapanda is definitely the correct one. Madara would have no need to replace his body with a Shadow Clone if Black Zetsu is the one who stored it away.
