So my sisters friend has been over at my house all the time for years. they're like best buds. And i JUSt found out that he has a dog. And has had one for years.

Apparently they keep it out in a dog house in the back yard ALL the time, like day and night etc, but we live in erie. Right now its negative 10 outside with 2 feet of snow.

They hate the dog. I have no idea why the got it

They dont play with it or EVER let it inside. they say it smells, but its because it lives in its own shit.

This dogs life is horrible.

Am i able to call animal cruelty?

Call your mother, she an expert in all things dog related.

OT: Speak up, tell them to take care of the poor animal or send it to an animal shelter. If they refuse call the animal rescue hotline.
