Think about it, Doesn't he resemble Enma alittle? remember the sage King of apes 4tails? Enma is king of apes too or something like that, Apes live in forest and the 3rd sage place is the humid bone forest.

SM Hashirama's eye's look like apes eyes to me and he has no slug characteristics in SM

Lol me a bandwagoner? Never dat and surely not for Hiruzen. Lee is my fav since day 1 and will always be. I'msimply making a guess he has SM based off things in the manga, simple as that nothing more nothing less.
