Description: After performing the snake hand seal suigetsu transforms into a wave of water by his unique ability to turn his body into this very element. Then he manipulates the water wave to crash into his opponent, immediately following it up by rushing behind him only to finish with a powerful slash while he’s offguard. This is all done by reforming the top half of his body back into a solid form. Whilst doing this technique, the user is subsequently weakened against lightning based techniques.

the wave not only comes at you, but a wave much larger than anticipated washes over you, as Kida controls the water around her to a masterful degree.
Instead of reforming at the top, she reforms at the back of the wave touching the water with the tip of her staff and causing a pillar to make you fly into the air as sharks to come from behind sandwiching you in between the two techniques.

I have my 1t sharingan activated and I quickly pick up on your techniques. I quickly make my body into water, your attacks was harmless.
As your water techs fall on me( I'm harmless) I resurface myself standing on top of the water with my body back to normal. I then create a vortex from both my fist shooting me into the air.
While I'm in the air, I release raiton from my body. The raiton fly around in all direction and I manipulate it so that it would hit the water paralyzing you.

As you turn into water, Kida reforms her full body jumping outside the wave that's still passing over you and quickly releases a lightning technique that quickly spreads through the water greatly harming you.

the wave of water continues with you in it your solidified body taking massive amounts of current, as the sharks in the water tear you to shreds.
Kida lands on her feet and places the tip of her spear on the water.
As the wave passes over me, my 1t quickly picks up on Kida motion and sees her using the lightning. I quickly change back normal and make the handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger making a blinding light to create my escape.
As your sharks come at me, I quickly change back to my liquid form and swim to the surface.

Standing on the water and seeing your sharks coming at me and you blind, I quickly jump in the air in an angled form so that i can face both you and the sharks and make Bird → Hare → Horse → Ram send a cutting gust of wind 2 meters wideat you and your sharks hitting both of you.

I think I win. <_< I just cant see you avoiding the wave, when it takes only one seal to do. rather than you having to reform and then do four handseals, also Water Replacement counts as a substitution. Which you may only do once, and you've posted it twice.
