I dont think Naruto is Asian. I dont think kishi drew characters with a specific race in mind. And technically Asian is not a race, because India is in Asia next to china and nobody calls them Asian. Besides none of my "Asian" friends have natural blonde hair. I prefer to think of Naruto world as a world without race.
