I was fighting in a cave and a vampire bit me. and now i'm a vampire and villagers are chasing me every time i enter the village.. is there a way to be cured?​

yeah...you have to go to Marthal.
you have to sneak in, go through the swamp. then you have to go into Falions house, he will give you a quest to be rid of vampiricism. save a lot, as you might get attacked when you go into his house, lol

You can do this.
Or a simple cure potion will do the job if it hasnt taken over your body too much. Going to Falions house is the way to go tho

Anyways, to get people to stop attacking you. Go to a city st night and drink the blood of a sleeping individual. This will reset your vampire Steve to base stage and will allow you to move about not being hated by people.
