I am still very new, I want to start learning jutsu and increase my ranking. I'm looking for a sensei who is patient and willing to mold me Into an expert in ration and suiton jutsu as well as earn my sharingan.

get genin rank first which is 50 post, after that make a bio. If you get approved, then you can start training

Not the right way to go about this...you must get 1500 posts for sharingan by the way.

And for an Uchiha bio you need 1500 posts.
