If ywach is the soul kings son but captain commander beat him 1000 years ago and ywach admitted he had to trick captain commander into fighting royd loyd cause ywach said that captain commander could over power him. So does this mean captain commander is close to soul king in power?

And one more question why didn't captain commander join the zero squad

No Yhwach was talking to Aizen to recruit him . He only wanted Yama's Bankai .. Sorry to say Yama would have lost to Yhwach anyways if there was a battle (look at Ichibei) ..

Jugram was a stand in for Yhwach while he regained his strength after his defeat at the hands of a younger, and seemingly more powerful Genryūsai. He was the only one fit to take on such a position while Yhwach was recuperating.

Kyōraku defeating Haschwalth? I can see that occurring. If that fight were to happen, I don't see Jugram's letter-exclusive power assisting him, since all of Shunsui's Shikai "games" are quite fair.

1. While it's possible, it was never confirmed that Yhwach needed trick to fight CC. My opinion is that he without "Almight" is inferior to Yamamoto and I found possible that he really needed decoy for Yama, but that's not confirmed.
2. It was never stated that SK even has some power with him. So it's possible that many characters are stronger than him.

3. You need to invent something important to be part of RG. Yamamoto is history of SS itself, since he was CC for 1000 years, but he still didn't invent anything.
