Chelsea gets back to her original position, that is near to your clone and then focuses for a while and gathers some amount of chakra.
She then focuses on one of the clone near to her and then channels the chakra in the brain of her opponent and then puts him under a genjutsu, where he sees clones of Chelsea arising from different places, including ground between them and tree present at short range from him. Chelsea has actually decieved sense of sight of your clone, which your clone fails to notice.
Getting out of this genjutsu is possible, if I detect, I am under a genjutsu.
I can predict that I am under genjutsu, by knowing if the clones are real or not.The clones never multiply after attacking but rather disappear after taking damage. On the other hand, in this genjutsu, when I attack clone, they multiply, making it possible for me to conclude that I am in genjutsu, after attacking the clones appearing just in front of me.
Oh well, that is just my deduction.
