Genjutsu doesn't t produce a real, palpable, feasible effect, it produces an illusionary effect. With a specific KG however, the illusions can become so strong that the body will be fooled into mimicking in real life the fake effects its perceiving through the illusion. Such as "Tskuyomi" used by Uchiha ItachiTell me what do you know about Genjutsu? Who are the top 5 users of it in Naruto?
*Kakashi focuses his chakra and tries to cast a genjustu on Klad sensei which changes the terrain by changing the nearby teal lake into lava. He fails at first try.*Good, we'll be moving on to two techniques per post, and you analyze them with your words.
( Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu ) - Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10 (+5 if you use it double)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user casts an illusion over an area that allows him to manipulate the way an area looks to fool an opponent. He can only change the way the terrain looks, and not any other feature.
( Genjutsu: Kahen Tonsou ) - Illusion Technique: Flower Petal Escape
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user makes five handseals, appearing to dissolve into a shower of cherry blossom petals. These petals surround the opponent, blocking his vision. This allows the user to mask his movement effectively.
First set is these. The first technique involves the user making the target believe the terrain has changed; the change is only limited to your imagination. But do keep in mind that's that the only thing you can do with this Genjutsu. The second one, however, requires a bunch of hanseals and you dissolve into a cherry blossom petals to confuse the opponent. Never found this appealing at all personally, though.
Okay, you're doing good with the performance, but also include your thoughts about the techniques, such as what are the advantages or disadvantages etc.
( Genjutsu: Kasumi ) - Illusion Technique: Servant
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: The user does one handseal and throws a paper bomb at the enemy. The enemy, trapped in a genjutsu will see a clone of the user advancing upon him. As the paper bomb reaches the enemy, it explodes
( Kasumi Jūsha no Jutsu ) - Mist Servant Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This illusion creates numerous illusionary clones of the user that appear to emerge from the ground, trees, rocks, etc. If these clones are attacked, they appear to multiply. The user can co-ordinate his attacks with the clones to make it appear as if they are real.
Pretty much. However, much weaker, common sense. If Mist Servant Technique was used on you, how would you find out that it's an illusion and how would you counter? This is like Shadow clone jutsu but with Genjutsu?
I would first attack one of the clones and if multipes i would it was the Mist Servant Techniqueg. I would break out of it by simply tricking the user that i am out of chakra by placing a shadow clone and making it act weak so the user would come forth and deactivate the genjutsu. Or i can counter it by harming myself in a way , as a pain outside the genjutsu would break me out of it.Pretty much. However, much weaker, common sense. If Mist Servant Technique was used on you, how would you find out that it's an illusion and how would you counter?
