Now then, Lets do Mermaid's call first
*uses MEC to lower some ground and summons water in the lowered area to form a makeshift pool, then makes a clone*
focus your chakra by forming the snake seal and send it into the clone's mind to manipulate his senses of hearing and vision to form a singing, beautiful mermaid in the water. If done correctly the clone's brain will be fooled into releasing several sleep-inducing chemicals due to the soothing music which will eventually cause total and real sleep.
any questions about it? Any combo ideas, uses, strong/weak points etc.

Description: The user makes the Snake hand seal and uses his chakra to control the sight and hearing of all opponents.Using a water source within short-mid range of both user and opponent as a medium, the user will make the opponents hear a beautiful voice and see a rainbow of bright colors coming from a beautiful mermaid in the water. As soon as they hear the mermaid singing, their bodies are fooled into releasing several relaxing chemicals, inducing a state of calm and oblivion that sets itself until it induces complete sleep. This is done by fooling the opponents brain into hearing the calming music and soothing voice of the mermaid, that will relax them and induce a state of bliss, responsible for the eventual sleep state
-Takes 2 turns to induce full sleep if not released.
-The mermaid can only appear inside a water source that is in short-mid of both user and opponent.
-Only taught by Professor Sarutobi.
Questions.
- Well it is obvious they are effected from the moment they hear the song but do there reflexes also suffer due to there body releasing chemicals which result in soothing effect.
- What is the max people it can effect?
Combo Ideas.
I will use it with an attack which is not east to notice and is silent so as to not to break my opponents state of bliss.
Strong point.
-Multiple enemies.
- If not evaded/countered can put to permanent sleep.
Weak point
- A bit unrealistic in terms of mermaid part.[can my opponent say that mermaid don't exist therefor its a gen?]

It affects every opponent that is within mid range of your chosen water source.
It will slow their reactions and such if the gen is still in effect because of them going to sleep slowly
Yes it is rather unrealistic if they see it, you can also make the mermaid appear in a water source they aren't looking at so they only hear it but the random singing is an easy tell for genjutsu you just need to make it hard for them to break (nagashi is an easy out so make sure water is around them for example) like you could trap them in the giant water dome then use it.

Description: The user either performs one hand seal or stares directly into the eyes of his opponent creating the illusion that the ground is destroyed and the enemy is propelled several hundred meters into space. The enemy is then tied up with four belts and a frog-like, dragonic demon opens a hole in space and comes out of it, reaching to attack the enemy. This jutsu is used to break down the mind of the enemy or distract them long enough to prepare another attack, the enemy is unable to move while he is under the genjutsu, He also suffers a mental pain thanks to the belts squeezing him tightly this in result breaks him free of the genjutsu at that point.

So the demon is just a distraction? if the belt breaks the genjutsu from the pain is it like the snake binding gen where you choose when it hurts them and ends it? How would you describe the pain, do their limbs feel like they were broken or?

1. Can the wire appear from mid-air?
2. How long can these wire be, how many such wire can I create per usage?
3. How will you define strong ninja, as strong as Tsunade or what?
The appearing of demon and belt's pccur together so it gives the feeling as if it is the doing of the monster, Yes iy is like snake binding genjutsu in this regard, It feels as if you are being compressed, compressed and squeezed beyond the limits that your body can resist, which will result in great pain and agony.

2. As long as needed to get to them, its short-mid so the wires can affect them up to Mid range away from you. You can make lots of them or just a couple but it won't affect the binding power of the illusion they will still need the same amount of strength to move in it.
3. Orochimaru was struggling to make his seal while under Shackling Stakes and he is strong enough to kick a tree out of the ground with one hit out of frustration, so above average at least, a Raikage or Tsunade would be slowed down but not a lot since they are extremely strong.

yep you point and they see a pink beam shoots out and they are frozen, the beam moves as fast as lightning (not naruto lightning, real lightning like Kirin.
Until they can spike their energy, it will trap them until you release them or something or someone else does.
Yep any candy you can think of
This is a useful jutsu but double edged sword. A simple point means it can be used in combos easily unlike other techniques which need seals, but because the beam is pink (an unnatural color for energy) and you are turned into candy it is easy to find out it is a genjutsu so the hard part in using this is planning how they can break an A rank paralyze gen and making it impossible. Now that they changed the ruling on the mass changing earth jutsu the main release ways are customs, Nagashi and pain. Pain includes stabbing, biting etc. we can remove stabbing in most cases, if they bite their tongue off and don't burn the wound shut they'll bleed out and be exhausted very soon. Kai won't work since it is a paralyzing gen so if you can make it so they aren't making a seal, don't have clones, and have water around them their choices for release are extremely limited.

Okay I got it, thanks Mr. Professor.
One last question, If he is paralyzed I don't think he will be able to stab himself, right?
All that he can now basically rely is a full body surge of chakra and it should not even have a hand seal, right?
And Nagashi won't work as it only works upto B rank gen technique.
