What: Is to Resurrect the Sage Of The Six Paths(Which is the origin of ninjutsu and the first to master ninjutsu's)
How: By gaining the DNA of Hashirama Senju and Sasuke Uchiha he will create a prime of the SOT6P

Kabuto Just said "we need the 3 tails in preparing for the upcoming war soon! said to me by orochimaru" meaning kabuto and orochimaru knows there will be a war coming soon and will be hosted by the akatsuki.. because orochimaru said that "I thought Im gonna scare the akatsuki in gaining control of the 3 tails"

so i therefore conclude that Kabuto will enrage at the end of the war gaining the control of the Sage of the Six Paths!

that was filler kabuto never say such thing in the manga
