Naruto & Sasuke won't be able to beat Kaguya on their own. I think this is where madara will turn good and help naruto and sasuke too defeat kaguya. Maybe he will meet hagorama or his brother and will be given some new techniques? I don't think he's gone, he's just switched places with kaguya so madara is inside her now.
