I get into my training gear and begin stretching..
You don't mind, do you sensei? I like training in my compression shorts. I feel really comfortable in them. Also, I brought a friend to practice on
I start of by relaxing my body. Taking deep breathes and doing so, I begin gathering a sufficient amount of chakra. I then focus that chakra withing my body, following up by exerting it into the air and channelling it towards his head. I then infuse my chakra into his body and maneuver it towards his mind. With my chakra now infused in his mind, mixing it with his, I manipulate the flow of chakra in his brain, making him believe the ground below him is sinking sand.

Right then, let's continue. For this next technique, perform a string of 5 different hand signs *shows* and in doing so, you induce an illusion upon your opponent that you simply vanish; dissolve into a shower of cherry blossom petals. These petals then begin to encircle him, swirling around him thus effectively hindering his vision from the battlefield. A simple genjutsu, though if used accurately could be the set up for a surprise attack, or could also be used for means of escape. Though the five hand signs is a let down for the technique.
Right then, let's continue. I pay close attention to the instructions given and the handseals you showed. I then gather up some chakra and doing so, I make the five handseals you showed me. I then emanate that chakra from my body and manuever it towards him, infusing it into his and mixing it in, changing the flow of it. Doing so, due to my chakra being embeded in, I make him believe not by force but simply by trickery, that I dissolve into a shower of cherry blossom petals, that then travel towards him, encircling him, flowing around his body and hindering his view of the battefield.

This next one's quite a good one actually, begin by performing a single hand sign; which traps your opponent within an illusion. Upon performing the hand sign withdraw a paper bomb and hurl it towards your opponent. In your opponents mind, the paper bomb is manifested as being a clone of yours that will simply run towards him. In reality however, the movement of the clone is actually the path of the paper bomb, and upon reaching your opponent it explodes.

Any way you see fit, I find it easier to describe the technique when talking about a hypothetical opponent, since it allows a more personal response from the students. xD
This next technique requires no hand signs, simply focus your chakra into your opponent's mind, disrupting their chakra flow and inducing an illusion upon then. The illusion is that, numerous clones of yourself (lets say 4) appear to emerge out of the rocks on the ground, trees etc. And that they head straight towards the opponent, the fact that they emerged out of the ground for example could also trick your opponent into believing the clones used some sort of Doton-related technique. Either way, upon being attacked by your opponent, the clones don't disperse as normal ones would do, but rather multiply, making even more clones and I believe it is from this that your opponent can deduce he has been placed under a genjutsu.
However, this illusion can be twisted to your advantage greatly, for example by moving and coordinating with the illusionary clones you could blend in with the lot and mask your presence from your opponent, so that he won't know which one is an illusion and which one is the real deal, allowing an opening for a surprise attack.

But that's not the main ability of the illusion, once the leaves have surrounded your opponent they will fall down on the spot, and then an image appears in front of your opponent; an image of the thing that he fears the most, something that will make him shiver in his boots and leave him shocked completely, staggering as he deals with a minor panic attack and all.

After paying close attention to the details, I gather my chakra rapidly but with great focus. After doing so, I take a deep breathe; breathing out, I also exert my chakra from my at the same time. I then manuever that chakra to my opponents head, then inserting it without him even realizing it. I then perform the 2 hand signs you showed me tricking my opponent, putting him under an illusion without him knowing so. He now believes there are a huge quantity of leaves scattered across the ground that then gather up and start swirling around him. It appears to him that they are swirling against one another blocking out his vision of to see anything around him. As the leaves do so, he then see them all drop to the ground and now an image of a clown slitting a childs throat makes him shiver in fear and now deals with minor panic attacks.. Also peeing his pants like you do every night. U_U

NOW, now we're faced with Kai; release. Something which will be of great importance to you and an essential way of combating Genjutsu, in fact it is considered to be an integral part of one of the ways to release yourself from a Genjutsu. What it essentially is, by performing a single hand sign *shows* You then focus on your chakra circulatory, and since your chakra is a combination of your Physical and Spiritual energy, I want you to ''spike'' your spiritual energy, stopping it for one moment and then quickly causing it to overflow, this influx will cause an imbalance within your chakra and as such disturbs it for a simple moment, whereafter then being reverted back to an optimum level. Since you are a Sage post-wise, you can use this for any genjutsu up to S-ranks; HOWEVER a huge note for this is that it cannot work for illusions where you are paralysed or don't have control of your body's actions. That is because for yourself to be released from the illusion you need to perform the said hand sign, and as such you'd need to basically have control of your body. >_>
