Ikemoto, most inconsistent mangaka ever?

Yes, another complaint thread about the manga art. I feel like posting it so I'll just do it.

He had a shitty start, then he started getting slightly better at it, then it all went downhill again. And it's getting worse.

Tbh I don't think the manga art will ever get any better.

Ikemoto probably has different people shading in colors, Ukyo has a Team of writers too. That's why I assume it looks so damn weird

Yeah, that was Kishi. Third one looks the best to me, and 4th isn't really that bad, it would actually be digestible if Sarada's skirt wasn't so damn short.

Skirt getting shorter and heels getting higher. Smh.

Now with the recent cover for the Boruto novel it just proves that he is getting even worse.

Unfortunately, he's practing with the wrong manga. He's bound to get hate with all the discrepancies.

But I hope he finally gets it right.

But yeah, he's totally inconsistent: and needs to start realizing that has severe repercussions when it's the most popular contemporary manga he's working on.

Yeah, they don't care about what the ocident thinks. The only way he is going to change is if all that start getting a negative repercussion in Japan - which I highly doubt, because in Japan, they don't really give a sh*t about that kind of stuff. He changed Sasuke's wavy hair because people complained about it in Japan.

Yup. He is inconsistent to the max. All the faces/drawings there are completely different from each other.

It's so weird that the only characters that he can draw properly are Mitsuki and Momoshiki.

I think with that last one he was trying not to make her look like an adult which is just what made it worse.

So in his defense, he's still new to the art and we have to take into account that's not his art to begin with.

And copying someone's art is a lot harder and more complicated than forging your own.

So I understand why he seems to be clumsy. He's practically trying to wear shoes that are obviously not his size.

they look more like kids now that is true but the guy should cut out the lip gloss for the recent image and change the overall outfit for it to be more normal

Kishi's Sarada is just so epic why change something already great? Does he really have to make her a S L U T? I noticed her skirt wasn't tight like now . It wasn't narrow as much as now. The hell is going on . He drew her with lipstick in the last panel ughh

He is a manga artist. When Kishimoto hired him, he was a manga artist already. Just look at his old artworks, the style was literally the same as it is now.

I don't think he is going to make any big progress. He'll probably improve a little here and there, but in the end, it will make no differece. His art will never get anywhere near Kishi's level.
