Why wouldn't he be able to track a large chakra arrow being pointed at him ?

Kakashi is beast,but the act of using his kamui in conjunction of knowing it was coming and using a sharingan,the out come that happened should of been expected.

Sharingan can see chakra, it doesn't track it. That's why naruto was able to land hits on Sasuke in their battle, Sasuke couldn't predict the attacks
