what would it's name be? i'm thinking californians would be the hidden angels village ... kinda gay lol but i'm basing it off the most known city in the state, how about you guys in other states?

VA, would be village hidden in the waterfalls. very known people come from here and yet the public dont know it, houses some of the richest people, not a widely popular state

MMMM i dunno statewise (New South Wales, Australia) but for around where i am, the hidden drunk village........ 9 pubs/clubs for a 3000 person population

Whatever you want to call it!

Why?
Because we are a Fine Country...
You get fined for lots of things like littering, feeding monkeys, spitting gum on the floor, sticking gum below the chair/table and LOTS MORE..

Maybe our KKG or special tech. could be issuing fines to random things..

Still.. Luv this country!
